Kathryn has been an independent senior consultant at Bialecki Inc.
since 1993.

Kathryn began her executive search career with Johnson, Smith &
Knisely, Inc., a prominent generalist search firm in New York City.
She later held a senior recruiting role with a boutique search firm
specializing in M&A and corporate finance.  Previously she was a
journalist for the Palm Beach Post-Times and The Indianapolis Star.

Songwriting.  Co-wrote two Christmas songs that aired on 100+ jazz
radio stations.  The Moon on Christmas Eve has been included on
An NPR Jazz Christmas with Marian McPartland and Friends III,
